Questions at the desk

Can attendees pay by UPI?

Yes. Checkout supports UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through licensed payment partners, with international cards for overseas attendees. Money settles to the organizer's own account.

Does check-in work offline?

Yes. The scanner app downloads the guest list before doors open and keeps scanning without a connection. Scans sync across every desk the moment any device is back online, so a badge can never be used twice.

Can we run hybrid or online events?

Yes. Sessions can carry a stream link that only ticket holders see, online attendees join networking matches, and the recap counts in-room and online attendance separately.

How does networking matching work?

Attendees who opt in pick their interests and goals at registration. The AI pairs people whose goals complement each other, explains why each match was suggested and offers open 15-minute slots in the lounge.

Who owns attendee data?

The organizer does. Rallib never sells attendee data, and sponsors only receive details when an attendee chooses to share them, for example by letting a booth scan their badge.

Can we customize badges?

Yes. Choose size, colors, logo placement, role ribbons for speakers, crew and VIPs, and which fields print. Badges go to phones as QR passes and print on-site in about four seconds.
