Can attendees pay by UPI?
Yes. UPI, cards, net banking and wallets are supported through licensed payment partners, alongside international cards.
When do we receive ticket money?
Payments settle to your connected account on your payment partner's standard cycle. Rallib does not hold your ticket revenue.
Can we approve registrations manually?
Yes. Set any ticket type to require approval, review applicants in a queue and charge only those you accept.
How do refunds work?
You set refund rules per ticket type. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through your payment partner.
