Refund Policy
There are two kinds of refunds on Rallib: ticket refunds between an organizer and their attendees, and refunds of Rallib fees to organizers. This page covers both.
Ticket refunds for attendees
Each organizer sets the refund rules for their own event, and they are shown on the event page and in the ticket confirmation email. To request a refund, attendees should use the link in their confirmation email or contact the organizer of the event. Rallib does not decide whether a ticket is refundable.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through the organizer's payment partner.
- Bank and card processing times usually range from 5 to 10 working days after approval.
- Payment-gateway fees may not be returned by the payment partner, depending on their terms.
Cancelled or postponed events
If an organizer cancels an event, they are responsible for refunding attendees. Rallib notifies every ticket holder and gives the organizer tools to refund all orders in one step. For postponed events, organizers may offer to carry tickets to the new date or refund on request.
Per-ticket fees on VIP
When an organizer issues a full refund for a paid ticket, the Rallib per-ticket fee and percentage fee for that ticket are returned to the organizer. Partial refunds do not return the per-ticket fee.
All Access subscriptions
- You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first All Access payment if you have not run a live event in that time.
- After 14 days, or once a live event has run, the subscription continues until the end of the paid year and is not refunded for unused time.
- You can turn off renewal at any time from your billing settings.
Duplicate or mistaken charges
If you were charged twice or charged a Rallib fee in error, tell us within 60 days and we will correct it.
How to ask
Organizers can raise fee and subscription refund requests from the billing page of the dashboard or through the Help Booth.
